Job Description
CuraTeQ Biologics is looking for a skilled Research Associate to join its Functional Analytical Team. The role focuses on the characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and requires expertise in cell-based assays and immunological techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cell-based assays (proliferation assays, ADCC, ADCP, CDC, etc.).
- Conduct ELISA and other immunoassays for antibody characterization.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support biologics development.
- Maintain detailed documentation of experiments and protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and immunology.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Immunology, or related disciplines.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in mAbs research from a reputed biotech institution.
- Strong knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and assay development.
- Experience with flow cytometry, cell culture, and bioanalytical techniques is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
