Job Opportunities Available
We are currently hiring for two key positions within our R&D department:
1. Senior R&D Technologist (R&D Officer)
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Premix and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) development.
- Strong background in formulating tea, coffee, and functional premix products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D Projects: You will take charge of major projects focused on developing innovative tea and coffee products, as well as functional premix formulations that meet market demands.
- Conduct Research: Engage in ingredient research and stability studies to understand the interactions of different components and optimize formulations accordingly.
- Scale-Up Trials: Transition our lab findings into commercial production through scale-up trials, ensuring that our products are ready for the marketplace.
- Prepare Samples: Generate lab-scale samples for internal assessments and address client-specific requirements.
This role is crucial in shaping our product offerings and driving the company’s growth through innovation.
2. Food Technologist (Fresher)
Position Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with QC and Production Teams: Work closely with our Quality Control and production teams to adhere to ISO guidelines, ensuring product quality and standards.
- Assist in Formulation Development: Support experienced team members in the formulation and development of premix products by participating in trials.
- Conduct Experiments: Carry out lab-scale experiments, meticulously maintaining records of results and outcomes for future reference.
- Ensure Compliance: Scrutinize processes to enforce compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring that every product meets necessary guidelines.
