Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will:
- Conduct quality checks and audits in food testing processes
- Ensure compliance with NABL accreditation standards, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (FSSAI, APEDA, etc.)
- Monitor lab procedures, documentation, and reporting for accuracy
- Handle deviation investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures
- Collaborate with testing teams in microbiology, chemical, and instrumental analysis
- Maintain records, prepare quality reports, and support internal/external audits
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Food Technology (or related fields)
- Experience: 1-3 years in a food testing laboratory (preference for NABL-accredited setups)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, lab protocols, and quality management systems
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications. Expected Salary Range: ₹3.0 – 5.0 Lakhs per annum (INR) Additional benefits may include:
