Job Responsibilities
Operators – Production (Injectables/OSD/Formulation)
- Operate and maintain production equipment for injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support production planning and coordination to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Executives / Senior Executives – Quality Control
- Perform sampling, analysis, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Prepare and review SOPs, test protocols, and validation reports.
- Manage inventory of laboratory consumables, chemicals, and equipment spares.
- Conduct method validation and analytical testing for injectable formulations.
Executives / Senior Executives – Quality Assurance
- Oversee process and cleaning validations for injectable and OSD lines.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Review protocols and reports for equipment and utility qualifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Operators – Production: Diploma/ITI/B.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in injectables/OSD production. Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Executives / Senior Executives – QC/QA: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech with 3-7 years of experience in quality control or assurance. Prior experience with injectables and OSD is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytical method validation and laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC) for QC roles.
