Job Overview: CRA II / Sr CRA Role at Syneos Health
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II or Sr CRA), you’ll play a vital role in managing and monitoring Phase I-IV clinical trials. Whether onsite or remote, you’ll ensure trials comply with protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (onsite or remote).
- Verify informed consent processes and ensure data accuracy in case report forms (CRFs).
- Manage investigational product (IP) inventory, storage, and compliance with blinding protocols.
- Review Investigator Site Files (ISF) and support audit readiness.

- Travel up to 75% as needed to support site activities.
