Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will contribute to critical areas in pharmaceutical manufacturing and development:
- In QC Validation: Perform validation of analytical methods, equipment qualification, process validation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Handle documentation, stability studies, and quality assurance protocols.
- In R&D: Conduct research and development activities for new processes, synthesize compounds, optimize existing methods, and support scale-up for Cephalosporin products. Collaborate on innovation to meet market demands.
These roles demand precision, adherence to GMP guidelines, and a commitment to delivering superior quality products.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
- Educational background preferably in M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with laboratory instruments
