Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Specialist Payment Accuracy role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (except B.Tech).
- Experience:
- US Healthcare experience preferred (1-3 years).
- Freshers with excellent analytical and communication skills are also welcome.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and high integrity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
