Job Role: Policy Configuration Analyst
Cotiviti is looking for talented individuals to join their team as Policy Configuration Analysts. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in medical coding, anatomy/physiology, and healthcare rule configuration.
Key Responsibilities
As a Policy Configuration Analyst, you will:
- Develop and process Rule Maintenance Requests (RMRs).
- Configure rules and tables in accordance with client guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of RMRs by the configuration cutoff date.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on configured rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
- Maintain high accuracy targets for rule configuration and RMR resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Any Lifesciences graduate.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in medical coding.
- Certification: CPC Certification is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology, ICD/CPT Modifiers, and medical coding guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location Preference: Hyderabad-based candidates will be preferred.
