The company is currently seeking talented and experienced candidates for multiple positions in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Production (OSD) at its state-of-the-art facility. These roles are ideal for professionals with OSD plant experience who are passionate about maintaining the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Available Positions and Key Details

1. Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Executive

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Section: Finished Product / Raw Material / Stability

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and handle sophisticated laboratory instruments including HPLC, Dissolution Tester, Disintegration Tester (D.T.), Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability Tester, Hardness Tester, FTIR, and UV-Spectrophotometer.
• Perform analysis of Raw Materials, In-process samples, Finished Products, and Stability studies.
• Support Process Validation activities.
• Participate in laboratory investigations related to incidents, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and Analytical Deviations.

2. Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer / Executive

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Section: IPQA / QMS / Validation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) with OSD experience.
• Handle Validation, Qualification, and Cleaning Validation processes.
• Manage documentation, Risk Assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Address Market Complaints, Vendor Qualification, OOS/OOT, Product Recall, Investigations, and prepare audit responses.

3. Production (OSD) – Executive / Sr. Officer / Operator

• Qualification: B.Pharm / ITI
• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Section: Granulation / Compression / Packing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute batch manufacturing processes as per Batch Processing Records in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Inspection areas.
• Perform equipment operation and cleaning activities strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of batch records and related production documentation.

Note: Candidates with prior experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) plants are strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
