Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA) – Senior Officer / Executive
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Perform Lab QA activities, including documentation and process validation.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement CAPA.
Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Senior Officer
- Operate and maintain lab instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution Tester, FTIR, UV-Spectrophotometer, and Hardness Tester.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability testing.
- Investigate OOS/OOT results, lab incidents, and analytical deviations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.
Analytical Development Lab (ADL) – RA / SRA / RS / SRS
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for assays, dissolution, and related substances.
- Calibrate analytical instruments like HPLC, GCHS, IR, and UV per the master schedule.
- Perform routine analysis and maintain detailed documentation for compliance.
- Support process validation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience:
- QA: 3-6 years in IPQA or Lab QA roles.
- QC: 3-6 years handling lab instruments and analytical testing.
- ADL: 2-8 years in analytical method development and validation.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating HPLC, FTIR, UV-Spectrophotometer, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in pharmaceutical quality systems are a plus.
