Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Assistant/Operator
- Receipt and Storage: Manage receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw and packaging materials.
- Finished Product Handling: Ensure proper storage and handling of finished biotech products.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Collaborate effectively while addressing operational challenges.
Injectable Production Officer (Fresher)
- Manufacturing Support: Assist in vial washing, DPT, and autoclave areas.
- Process Adherence: Follow strict protocols in aseptic and clean areas for production efficiency.
Lyophilizer/Aseptic Area Technician/Operator/Officer/Sr. Officer
- Lyophilizer Operations: Handle freeze dryer operations, including Trucking/Teflon/INA systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with lyophilizer equipment.
- Aseptic Area Management: Operate filling machines with CRABS/ORABS/Isolator technologies.
- Validation and Maintenance: Support qualification and maintenance of lyophilizer systems.
QA-IPQA Officer
- Process Validation: Conduct process qualification, cleaning validation, and hold time studies.
- Equipment Qualification: Ensure compliance of equipment, systems, and utilities.
- Documentation: Maintain policy documentation and computer system validation (CSV).
Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm for relevant roles.
- Experience:
- Warehouse: 3-4 years in material handling.
- Injectable Production: Open to freshers.
- Lyophilizer/Aseptic Area: 2-10 years in lyophilizer operations or aseptic processes.
- QA-IPQA: 1-3 years in quality assurance or validation.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of lyophilizer systems, aseptic techniques, and teamwork. Problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
