QC Microbiology
Position: Officer

HR Administration
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / M.Com with HR Specialization
Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Pharma Industry experience preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs
• Preparation and review of regulatory dossiers
• Handling global regulatory submissions and lifecycle management
• Query response management and product launch support
• Coordination with regulatory authorities including CDSCO and FDA
• Documentation compliance and approval activities

QC Microbiology
• Microbial limit testing of raw materials and finished products
• Stability sample testing and environmental monitoring
• Operation and maintenance of microbiology laboratory instruments
• Compliance with GMP documentation practices

HR Administration
• Facility and housekeeping coordination as per GMP standards
• Transport and logistics management for employees
• Vendor coordination and administrative support

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong pharmaceutical industry exposure
