📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Complaint Handling Specialist at Freyr, you will:

  • Evaluate and document complaint information in electronic databases
  • Perform follow-up activities and maintain accurate complaint categorization for trending
  • Determine reportability of complaints to the FDA and international regulatory authorities
  • Prepare investigation summaries and ensure audit-ready complaint documentation
  • Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise in complaint handling to meet global compliance standards
  • Review and interpret risk management documentation related to complaints

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

  • UG/PG in Engineering or Life Sciences
  • 5–8 years of complaint handling experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of FDA & international reporting regulations
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
