🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end complaint handling in accordance with medical device regulatory standards.
- Prepare clear and concise technical complaint summaries and investigation reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document investigations with high-quality technical writing.
- Ensure compliance with global complaint handling processes and patient safety requirements.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech
- Experience: 1–5 years in complaint management, technical documentation, QA, RA, or related medical device functions
- Strong analytical skills, technical writing, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with medical device complaint handling regulations (preferred)
