Key Responsibilities
As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst (Pharma) at WNS, you will:
- Support the Global Pharma Franchise Strategy Team with competitive and market intelligence insights.
- Analyze and interpret pharma industry trends, clinical pipelines, and regulatory updates.
- Utilize proprietary databases such as PharmaProjects, TrialTrove, Cortellis, PharmaTell, and Decision Resources for data-driven research.
- Develop comprehensive CI reports including competitor profiles, pipeline landscapes, launch timelines, and therapeutic insights.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage multiple CI projects under tight timelines.
- Interpret emerging research data and its implications for client development programs.
- Create ad hoc analyses and regular newsletters highlighting competitive movements.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Education: Ph.D. / M.Pharm / Life Science degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence or Pharma Analytics.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with secondary data sources and pharma databases.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and time management skills.
