๐ Key Responsibilities
As a Research Trainee at Colgate Mumbai, you will:
- Perform data governance and master data review for raw materials and product recipes within defined timelines
- Assign SAP system access roles (PDP, DMS, PPM, LIMS) after due diligence
- Route Human Use Protocols (HUP) and manage workflows in SAP-DMS & Veeva
- Support pharmacovigilance activities by routing Adverse Events (AE)
- Provide technical support to 2000+ global users via calls, emails, and chat
- Assist in data cleansing, recipe obsolescence, and system testing
- Maintain compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Quality standards
๐ Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in:
- MSc (Chemistry / Biology)
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Cosmetic Technology / Life Sciences
Skills Required:
- Strong fundamentals in chemistry
- Basic exposure to SAP or database systems
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong analytical and system aptitude
