Key Responsibilities
As a Process Executive – Data, your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating customer account information in client applications.
- Managing branch requests from the bank while maintaining strong relationships.
- Responding to ad hoc requests and timely escalations.
- Completing and reviewing daily work inflow from commercial bankers, customers, and prospects.
- Developing familiarity with client databases and applications unique to Cognizant.
- Meeting or exceeding customer SLAs and expectations regarding quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Education:Â Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of experience in the international banking sector.
- Awareness:Â General knowledge of international banking products and services.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn with limited training.
- Ability to thrive in an energetic and collaborative environment.
