2070 Health, backed by Everhope, is inviting applications for the role of Clinical Writer in collaboration with Specialty Surgical Oncology (SSO) — one of India’s leading cancer surgery networks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
At 2070 Health, you’ll work closely with world-class oncologists and researchers, crafting evidence-based manuscripts, clinical case reports, and abstracts for international conferences such as ASCO, ESSO, and IASO. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit case reports, original research papers, reviews, and conference abstracts for peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with surgical oncology specialists to collect and interpret clinical data.
- Ensure compliance with ICMJE and COPE publication standards.
- Maintain detailed records of manuscripts, author contributions, and publication timelines.
- Create visually appealing posters and presentations for major oncology events.
- Support the publication lead in planning editorial calendars and conducting literature reviews.
- Manage consent documentation and ensure patient data anonymization.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in oncology and scientific publishing.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Writing, Public Health (MPH), MBBS, BDS, or M.Pharm.
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical or scientific writing (oncology experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology and medical terminology.
- Excellent command of written English and scientific communication.
- Familiarity with PubMed, EndNote, and reference management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to surgical oncology literature.
- Understanding of statistical reporting in clinical research.
- Experience managing multi-author manuscripts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
