Suma Soft is hiring an experienced Clinical Trials Team Lead to oversee clinical trial execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional clinical trial teams (operations managers, team leads, QA, support staff).
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution with strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and supervise team members to drive accountability and continuous process improvement.
- Manage client onboarding, workflow setup, and process optimization.
- Deliver operational metrics, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
- Ensure high-quality medical record interpretation and patient data confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
Experience
- 5+ years of clinical research experience (BPO/KPO environment preferred).
- 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in EMR/CTMS systems: PowerChart, OnCore, etc.
- Knowledge of clinical trial documentation, compliance, and data integrity.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in clinical trials, patient data management, or CRO processes.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
