Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical research (CRO) sector
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships with sponsors, sites, and CROs
✅ Develop and execute business strategies to expand market reach
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to align BD efforts with company goals
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 1–2 years of BD experience in clinical trials, CRO, or clinical research
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Strong ability to identify and convert leads into business opportunities
✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
✔ Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, FDA, etc.) is a plus
