HCG Cancer Centre Hospital, a leading oncology healthcare provider in India, is hiring a Clinical Trials Administrator at its Sampangiram Nagar Extension, Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, open to freshers and early-career professionals interested in clinical research, trial operations, and healthcare administration.
This role offers hands-on exposure to Phase II–IV clinical trials, coordination with sponsors and CROs, and involvement in regulatory, ethical, and operational aspects of clinical research—making it an excellent entry point for candidates aiming to build a long-term career in clinical trials management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities – Clinical Trials Administrator
- Coordinate with Sponsors and Operations teams for clinical trial feasibility with quick turnaround times
- Oversee the ethical conduct of Phase II–IV clinical trials
- Ensure completion of clinical trials within defined timelines
- Monitor and ensure high-quality, error-free clinical trial data
- Support repeat business from Sponsors/CROs through superior site performance
- Train teams on essential clinical trial documents and GCP standards
- Build and strengthen operations team capacity through training and mentorship
- Assist in recruitment and performance development of operations staff
- Support teams throughout the end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle
- Identify high performers and enable vertical career growth
- Prepare sites for FDA and regulatory audits
- Develop new clinical trial sites across India, including non-metro locations
- Build therapeutic-area-specific investigator networks
- Prepare MIS reports and present operational metrics to management
- Assist in SOP development, business planning, and process optimization
- Track market trends and contribute to evolving marketing strategies
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Clinical Research background preferred
- Experience: Freshers eligible; prior exposure to clinical trials is an advantage
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, ethics, and documentation
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to non-metro sites if required
💼 Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
