Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical trial posting for drug, device, and biologic trials.
- Conduct redaction of clinical and non-clinical documents to safeguard confidentiality.
- Author plain language summaries for patient engagement.
- Perform quality checks and review documents for accuracy.
- Track trial status and record clinical trial disclosure activities.
- Support US and international trial registry submissions.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholder inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners for AI-based solutions.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in medical writing, clinical trial transparency, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of drug development and clinical science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
