About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Specialist (CTS) at Astellas, you will play a vital role in assisting the Clinical Trial Leads and Managers in the setup, execution, and closeout of global drug trials. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure trials are executed with operational excellence, adhering to ICH-GCP and Astellas SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials with accuracy and urgency.
- Maintain up-to-date trial data in relevant tracking systems and databases.
- Assist in the setup of clinical systems, documentation, and trial plans.
- Participate in site feasibility assessments and vendor management.
- Contribute to Trial Master File (TMF) setup and maintenance.
- Coordinate data cleaning, review, and investigator training activities.
- Support patient-centric trial strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Attend and document clinical trial team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related health discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical trial experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical trial phases.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (M.Pharm, M.Sc, or equivalent).
- Experience in CRO/vendor coordination or TMF management.
- Understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
