Job Title: Clinical Trial Specialist (Hybrid – Bangalore, India)
Job Overview
The Clinical Trial Specialist (CTS) supports site start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities for clinical trials. This role ensures compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs while managing Trial Master File (TMF) documentation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ TMF Management – Set up, maintain, and QC Trial Master Files (electronic & hard copy).
✅ Regulatory & Ethics Submissions – Assist sites with IRB/EC submissions and ICF reviews.
✅ Feasibility & Site Support – Coordinate site start-up, feasibility assessments, and essential document collection.
✅ Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) – Maintain trial data and track investigator payments.
✅ Audit & Compliance – Support audit responses and ensure document QC before submission.
Eligibility & Qualifications
✔ 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Specialist or similar role.
✔ Science/Healthcare degree preferred (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
