Roche India is inviting applications for the role of Clinical Trial Payment Specialist at its Hyderabad office. Job Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Trial Payment Specialist, you will:
- Record all necessary information in Roche systems (SAP, MyBuy, Veeva) to generate payment proposals and reports.
- Consolidate payment proposals per Research Center according to Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and timelines.
- Manage site payments through Roche platforms and perform payment reconciliation as needed.
- Assist research centers in resolving payment-related issues and provide information for financial oversight.
- Respond to audit inquiries and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve payment processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Train new team members on payment processes and maintain vendor/contract data.
- Set up Clinical Trial Purchase Requisitions and manage them end-to-end.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert and calculate KPIs to track performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical/University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in payment management; 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Roche systems (SAP, MyBuy, Veeva).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex, cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of SHE guidelines and regulatory compliance in clinical trials.
