Job Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Trial Payment Specialist, you will:

• Record all necessary information in Roche systems (SAP, MyBuy, Veeva) to generate payment proposals and reports.
• Consolidate payment proposals per Research Center according to Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and timelines.
• Manage site payments through Roche platforms and perform payment reconciliation as needed.
• Assist research centers in resolving payment-related issues and provide information for financial oversight.
• Respond to audit inquiries and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Recommend innovative solutions to improve payment processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Train new team members on payment processes and maintain vendor/contract data.
• Set up Clinical Trial Purchase Requisitions and manage them end-to-end.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert and calculate KPIs to track performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical/University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in payment management; 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Roche systems (SAP, MyBuy, Veeva).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex, cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of SHE guidelines and regulatory compliance in clinical trials.
