📌 Job Responsibilities
As Clinical Trial Manager / Clinical Research Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end clinical trial management aligned with global standards (ICH-GCP, NDCT Rules).
- Manage CROs, vendors, and external partnerships across international studies.
- Oversee clinical documentation, reporting, audits, and study integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, medical, and data science teams.
- Ensure ethical compliance, safety reporting, SOP adherence, and quality benchmarks.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences
(PhD/MD is an advantage but not mandatory) - 5–8 years of experience in multicentric or global clinical trials
- Proven experience with CRO/vendor oversight
- Experience with regulatory submissions across India, EU, and Canada
- ICH-GCP certification is mandatory
