As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will:

- Develop and coordinate Phase 1 clinical research studies.
- Implement protocols while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Collaborate with investigators, clients, and operations teams.
- Plan trial logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track study milestones and provide stakeholder updates.
- Prepare reports with detailed study progress and data analysis.
- Stay updated with global and regional regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals.
- Resolve operational challenges swiftly.
- Maintain transparent documentation of all trial activities.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical trial management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research processes & regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- CCRP certification or equivalent (preferred).
