Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Associate at Sova Health, you will:
- Assist in coordinating and managing clinical trials from initiation to completion.
- Maintain and update essential trial documentation (protocols, IBs, informed consent forms).
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Support regulatory submissions to ethics committees and health authorities.
- Track investigational product supplies and manage site-level logistics.
- Participate in site activation, monitoring, and communication with investigators.
- Organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Handle trial master files (TMF) to ensure inspection readiness.
- Process study invoices, contracts, and budgets efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare.
- 1–3 years of experience as a CTA or in a similar clinical research role.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations.
- Certification in Clinical Research (ACRP/SOCRA) is an added advantage.
