Position Overview: Clinical Trial Assistant
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials by supporting study teams and maintaining accurate trial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with clinical trial coordination by managing documentation and communication with investigators and sponsors.
- Track trial progress to ensure compliance with study timelines and protocols.
- Maintain essential documents such as study files, regulatory binders, and case report forms.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper execution of good clinical practices (GCP).
- Coordinate meetings and site visits for study staff, investigators, and stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multi-task and manage documentation efficiently.
