- Serve as an expert on clinical terminologies and data standards.
- Interpret inclusion and exclusion criteria from clinical trial protocols.
- Maintain and update knowledge graphs for trial data.
- Validate Precision360 databases for accuracy, fill rate, and standardization.
- Perform clinical validation of Precision360 product suites.
- Collaborate with data engineers, NLP data scientists, and pipeline teams.
- Support innovation in clinical trial optimization and digital trial software solutions.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong clinical knowledge in oncology and understanding of trial workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical data, EMR data, or health data standards.
- Familiarity with vocabularies such as SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-O3, ICD-10, NCIT, UMLS.
- Experience with databases, relational DBs, or AWS services.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, EMR, and RWD.
- Ability to translate trial criteria into codable concepts.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
