Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and support within the healthcare ecosystem. Your responsibilities include:
- Communicating complex medical information: Clearly convey pharmaceutical and medical details to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Applying anatomy knowledge: Use your understanding of human anatomy and physiology to support clinical discussions, product presentations, and patient education.
- Creating educational materials: Assist in developing SOPs, training modules, and educational content for healthcare staff and clients.
- Collaborating with medical teams: Interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and pharmacological data to support clinical operations.

Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution. M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degrees are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
