Job Overview
The Clinical Supply Coordinator supports the Clinical Trial Supplies team in ensuring the on-time delivery of investigational and non-investigational medicinal products to clinical trial sites. This role involves inventory monitoring, demand forecasting, packaging coordination, and distribution strategy while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
✔ Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of clinical trial materials to sites.
✔ Inventory & Demand Forecasting: Assist in maintaining packaging plans and demand forecasts.
✔ Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Handle Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders.
✔ IRT System Management: Monitor and update Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.
✔ Budget Tracking: Support financial tracking to ensure projects stay within budget.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Follow GxP and regulatory guidelines for clinical supplies.
✔ Documentation & SOPs: Assist in SOP creation, meeting minutes, and temperature excursion reports.
✔ Administrative Support: Manage communications, shared inboxes, and reporting.
Eligibility & Qualifications
✅ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
✅ Experience:
- 0-2 years in clinical trials, pharmacy, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in clinical supplies, packaging, distribution, or IRT systems is a plus.
✅ Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
