As part of Capgemini’s global life sciences division, you’ll support clinical supply operations for global studies, ensuring smooth logistics, documentation, and quality compliance throughout all clinical phases (I–IV).
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Clinical Supply Chain Study Leaders.
- Manage transfer orders, stock reconciliation, and shipment documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure inspection readiness.
- Monitor investigational product destruction and depot management.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related health field.
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in clinical supply support or clinical trial logistics.
- Knowledge of IRT systems (e.g., Suvoda, Endpoint), Smart Supplies, and Veeva Vault.
- Understanding of regulatory standards, GxP compliance, and investigational product management.
- Strong documentation, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
