Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Supply Chain Associate, you will:

Supply Planning & Forecasting

  • Assist in developing supply plans aligned with study protocols and logistics requirements.
  • Support forecasting by analyzing patient enrollment, site activation, and dosing schedules.
  • Participate in monthly supply review meetings and identify supply risks.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Monitor depot and site-level inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational products.
  • Track and progress clinical supply orders using BMS systems and technologies.
  • Coordinate with depots, sites, and logistics teams to resolve shipment or delivery issues.
  • Support customs clearance, brokerage processes, and shipment record maintenance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Trial Supply Management, Quality, and Logistics teams to enable seamless study execution.
  • Provide updates in study team meetings on supply status, risks, and projections.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to align supply strategies.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain GMP/GDP compliance and audit readiness across activities.
  • Assist with deviation handling, complaint management, and regulatory documentation.
  • Upload and manage batch listings, use date extension memos, and support inspection readiness.

Process Excellence

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional task forces.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and minimize supply chain risks.
  • Prepare job aids and assist in training efforts to support organizational learning.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with supply chain tools preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: BA/BS in Science, IT, Business, or related fields (Supply Chain focus preferred).
  • Internship experience in pharma or supply chain is an added advantage.

Work Model
