🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Study Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clinical trials run smoothly and efficiently. Your core tasks will include:
- Tracking study data, patient reimbursements, and essential documents.
- Performing data entry and generating training and metric reports.
- Assisting in study mailings, meeting coordination, and drafting agendas/minutes.
- Coordinating third-party vendor data reviews and maintaining communication logs.
- Managing IRB/IEC renewals, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
- Handling investigational device shipments, supplies, and device accountability logs.
- Organizing investigator and expert panel meetings.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and team administration tasks.
🎓 Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clinical research support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for tracking.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Background in clinical or medical operations is highly desirable.
