Tigermed India (Tigermed Clinical Research India Pvt Ltd) is hiring an experienced Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer for its Bengaluru / Mumbai / Remote team. If you have strong hands-on expertise in SAS programming, CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM), and experience leading data programming for clinical trials, this role offers a chance to work on high-impact global research projects.

🧮 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain statistical datasets (SDTM/ADaM), tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
- Review and interpret Case Report Forms (CRFs), Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and dataset specifications.
- Lead and mentor programming teams; ensure deliverables meet ICH-GCP and CDISC standards.
- Troubleshoot complex programming and data integration issues.
- Drive programming excellence and ensure compliance with Tigermed SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support onboarding and technical training of new programmers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with statisticians, data managers, and clinical operations teams.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on clinical statistical programming experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in SAS, CDISC (SDTM, ADaM), and TLF programming.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data flow, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience in oncology, immunology, or neurology therapeutic areas preferred.
- Note: Freshers are not eligible for this position.
