Synergen Bio is seeking a Research Associate for its Clinical Research Department in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences or life sciences with experience in SOP preparation, quality control audits, and clinical research compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for QC, Clinical Research, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality control audits and prepare checklists.
- Provide SOP training to staff and ensure compliance.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and reduce errors.
- Track calibration schedules and maintain records.
- Assist in sponsor audits and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor temperature & humidity logs, ICU equipment performance, and meal weighing activities.
