IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring an Associate Technical Project Analyst (Manual Tester) for its Bengaluru office. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Analysis (BA).
Key Responsibilities:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Analyst (BA) Duties:
- Develop UAT scenarios and test plans as per client guidelines.
- Set up UAT databases and perform dry runs.
- Coordinate UAT execution, track issues, and ensure resolution.
- Support Study Go-Live activities.
- Review Client Data Transfer Specifications and author Cenduit Data Transfer Specifications.
- Manage SCR (Software Change Request) processes for technical changes.
- Develop study data reports for internal use.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle translation coordination (text ID creation, packaging, and uploads).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
- Assist in drafting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for project support teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or Electronic Data Capture (EDC) is a plus.
- Background in clinical drug development or software project management preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects is advantageous.
