๐งช Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will:
- Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations at assigned hospital sites
- Coordinate with investigators and site staff for patient recruitment and eligibility screening
- Schedule and manage patient visits and protocol compliance activities
- Conduct training sessions for investigators and clinical site teams
- Perform accurate data entry, validation, and query resolution
- Work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and monitors
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Assist in monitoring visits, tracking study progress, and reporting
๐ Qualifications & Eligibility
Required Education:
- Undergraduate (UG):
- B. Pharma
- BDS / BAMS / BHMS
- Life Sciences or related field
- Postgraduate (PG) โ Preferred:
- M. Pharma
- PG Diploma in Clinical Research
- MDS or other relevant postgraduate degrees
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail in clinical data management
- Ability to work in a hospital/research site environment
