Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities at the site
• Assist investigators during patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up
• Maintain essential trial documents (ISF, CRFs, logs) as per GCP
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, ethics committees, and monitors
• Support study initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely query resolution

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmacology)
• Experience: Freshers or experienced in clinical research
• Language Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and GCP (preferred)
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time at the Ahmedabad site
