🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth conduct of clinical trials. Your day-to-day duties include:
- Conduct clinical trials following ICH GCP and study protocols.
- Assist with study start-up, site initiation, and documentation.
- Manage subject recruitment and retention processes.
- Maintain accurate CRFs, source documents, and logs.
- Prepare and update the Site Master File.
- Handle Investigational Product (IP) accountability and shipment.
- Coordinate Ethics Committee submissions and communications.
- Provide study progress updates to sponsors.
- Support monitoring visits and ensure compliance readiness.
