Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Clinical Research Associate to support our orthopaedic research team. This role involves assisting in drafting research papers, conducting literature reviews, and ensuring smooth publication processes in medical journals.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting research papers for journals.
✔ Conduct literature reviews and manage references using tools like Zotero/Mendeley.
✔ Maintain research documentation and support ethics committee submissions.
✔ Collaborate with surgeons to compile patient data for studies.
✔ Prepare presentations for medical conferences and symposia.
✔ Coordinate with co-authors and journal editors for submissions.
Skills Required:
✅ Strong scientific writing & medical terminology knowledge.
✅ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✅ Experience with reference management software (EndNote/Zotero).
✅ Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
