⭐ Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate at Alpha MD, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensuring study conduct aligns with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory criteria
• Verifying informed consent process, source documents, and CRF accuracy
• Monitoring investigational product (IP) accountability, storage, and reconciliation
• Maintaining essential study documents, site files, and trial master files
• Training site teams on protocol compliance, safety reporting, and documentation standards
• Identifying and escalating protocol deviations and data discrepancies
• Preparing monitoring reports and updating Study/Project Managers
• Supporting sponsor audits, regulatory inspections, and internal quality checks
• Building strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and stakeholders

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
  • Life Sciences
  • Biotechnology
  • Or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial monitoring
• Solid understanding of clinical trial phases (I–IV)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
