Job Description (CRA Role & Responsibilities)
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Sun Pharma, you will play a key role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Site Feasibility & Investigator Selection – Identify and finalize investigators, negotiate study budgets, and execute contracts (CDA & study agreements).
✔ Ethics Committee (EC) Submissions – Prepare and submit study documents for EC approval across trial sites.
✔ Clinical Trial Monitoring – Oversee site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities with proper documentation.
✔ Investigator Training – Train site personnel on study protocols, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and trial procedures.
✔ Patient Recruitment & Data Management – Ensure timely enrollment, data entry, source verification, and query resolution.
✔ Safety Reporting – Manage SAE (Serious Adverse Event) and SUSAR (Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reaction) reporting per regulatory and Sun Pharma PV policies.
✔ Risk Management – Identify risks, analyze performance gaps, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
✔ Collaboration with CROs – Coordinate with CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, and database lock (DBL).
