🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Participant Coordination

• Schedule and manage participant visits for CGM setup, lab tests, stool sampling, and teleconsultations
• Guide participants on app usage and clinical procedures
• Ensure high patient adherence and engagement

2. Clinical Data Collection & Management

• Monitor real-time data from CGM devices and mobile health apps
• Perform accurate CRF (Case Report Form) entry and validation
• Identify and escalate protocol deviations or data discrepancies

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between patients, labs, physicians, and internal teams
• Coordinate logistics for biospecimen shipment and tracking
• Provide empathetic support to participants

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain informed consent forms, patient records, and study documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and GCP standards
