Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Review study protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and case report forms (CRFs)
- Develop and implement monitoring tools, checklists, and templates to ensure quality oversight
- Contribute to SOP development, training materials, and process improvements
- Manage study progress by tracking site visits, resolving issues, and ensuring timely documentation
- Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams for smooth trial execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring (CRA experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) certification is a plus
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) & Microsoft Office
