Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
  • Review study protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and case report forms (CRFs)
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools, checklists, and templates to ensure quality oversight
  • Contribute to SOP development, training materials, and process improvements
  • Manage study progress by tracking site visits, resolving issues, and ensuring timely documentation
  • Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams for smooth trial execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring (CRA experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) & Microsoft Office
