🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site feasibility, identify potential investigators, and negotiate study budgets.
- Manage investigator and site contract finalization including CDAs and study agreements.
- Coordinate study submissions to Ethics Committees (ECs) for approval.
- Oversee IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation across clinical sites.
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits with detailed documentation.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocol, GCP, and SOPs.
- Monitor subject recruitment, data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs in alignment with regulatory and PV policies.
- Identify and mitigate site-related risks through CAPA implementation.
- Collaborate with CROs, data management, and biostatistics teams for analysis and reporting.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or Public Health.
A Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 1–5 years in clinical research, especially in Phase III/IV trials. - Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and Indian clinical trial regulations.
- Strong site management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
