๐ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at AstraZeneca India, you will:
- Ensure smooth execution of clinical study delivery processes from start-up to reporting.
- Act as the main contact with the Document Management Group until study reports are finalized.
- Prepare and maintain study documents, ensuring compliance with global templates and versions.
- Import and manage clinical-regulatory documents in the Global Electronic Library.
- Liaise with Data Management teams to facilitate delivery of study-related documentation.
- Track study materials, equipment, and manage administrative tasks during audits and inspections.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical development practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to enhance regulatory processes.
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Bachelorโs degree in a life science, pharmacy, or related field.
- Prior experience in study management within pharma or clinical research.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical development regulations, and study management systems.
Desirable:
- Advanced degree (M.Sc., M.Pharm, or Ph.D.).
- Professional certifications in clinical research.
- Broader understanding of study operations, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
