Detailed Job Description
As a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) at BIOCLINAARC, you will:
- Lead and oversee oncology clinical trials from initiation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Manage site selection, monitoring, and investigator relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CRAs, data managers, regulatory affairs).
- Prepare and review study protocols, reports, and essential documents.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
- Experience:
- 4-7 years in clinical research (CRO/pharma).
- 2+ years in oncology trials (preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA regulations.
- Excellent project management & communication skills.
- Proficiency in eTMF, EDC, and clinical trial software.
