🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring revenue recognition and financial forecasting throughout project lifecycle
- Supporting Project Managers with profitability, realization, and financial performance
- Analyzing variances from forecast and providing insights to senior management
- Managing month-end processes related to project revenue and cost
- Overseeing final budget reconciliation and project close-out activities
- Assisting with client contracting, milestone schedules, and payment terms
- Ensuring accurate and timely project setup in ERP systems (Salesforce/Certinia)
- Responding to client financial queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Contributing to continuous improvement in finance processes
🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Finance, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/CRO/healthcare financial operations
- Strong financial acumen with ability to influence business performance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce / Certinia ERP preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
